Job summary

Vets4Pets Fort Kinnaird is seeking a friendly Pet Health Advisor to join our busy veterinary practice. You will be the first point of contact for clients and an essential link between pet owners and our clinical team, delivering a warm welcome, clear communication and outstanding service from arrival to departure.

This full-time role (35 hours per week) includes evenings and weekends; training is provided with a salary starting at £12.71 per hour and potential progression after the initial

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service experience is essential.
• Experience in a customer-facing role and ability to build relationships with clients.
• Calm, compassionate and well-organised under pressure; clear communication.
• Strong organisational skills and confidence with computers, email and digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes clients and their pets, manages appointments and answers queries.
• Supports the veterinary team and maintains accurate records.
• Ensures a warm, professional and reassuring experience throughout the visit.
