Job summary

Tractor Supply and Petsense by Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Member in Ellensburg, WA to deliver legendary customer service and support selling initiatives while performing a variety of tasks. The role requires flexibility in shifts, the ability to handle cash, stock, merchandising, and caring for live animals.

You will work with a team to ensure safety, accuracy, and a positive shopping experience for customers, including frequent interactions, stocking duties, and store maintenance.

Qualifications

• No experience required, retail experience and/or pet knowledge preferred.
• Must read, write and count accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are valued.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Stock and merchandise recovery and freight processing.
• Execute plan-of-gram merchandising and price changes.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and care for live animals as required.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
