• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventative care and hospital services to ensure top care for pets.
• Embody Compassion and Empathy: be a calming presence for clients, showing empathy and respect in every situation.
