Mission Pet Health seeks a friendly receptionist to join our team. You will manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients, and help keep the hospital running smoothly.

You will maintain medical records, schedule appointments, process payments, and educate owners on preventive care. We value empathy and teamwork.

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and reflect our compassionate care.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain medical records, manage appointments, and handle financial transactions, keeping the hospital running smoothly and efficiently.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventative care and hospital services to ensure every pet gets the best care possible.
• Embody Compassion and Empathy: be a calming presence for clients, demonstrating empathy and respect in every situation and treating each pet like your own.
