Job summary

Callaway County Small Animal Clinic is seeking a Client Service Representative to provide an exceptional client experience and handle practice administration. The CSR will manage reception, records, accounts, and data entry while supporting doctors and staff.

Responsibilities include appointment scheduling, client communication, and processing payments. Weekend availability is required where needed, with a supportive team and patient-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Open and close procedures as directed by the Practice Manager.
• Keep front desk and waiting areas clean and presentable.
• Process payments and manage cash, checks, and cards.
• Schedule appointments according to doctor preferences and workflow.
• Update client/patient files and prepare client correspondence.
• Send reminders and recalls to clients on schedule.
• Regular backups of the computer system and daily postings.
