You will be the first and last impression for clients, delivering a compassionate and organized experience for pets and their people.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling, answering questions about services, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally.
• Manage multi-line phone system and appointment scheduling.
• Assist clients with questions on services, medications, and hospital policies.
• Process payments and maintain accurate client records.
• Coordinate appointments for General Practice, Emergency, Grooming, and Lodging.
• Communicate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, assistants, groomers, and lodging staff.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Support hospital operations during busy and high-pressure situations.
• Help foster a positive, collaborative, and fun workplace culture.
