Animal Medical Clinic is seeking a Client Service Representative to join Thrive Pet Healthcare’s network in Peachtree City, GA. You’ll play a pivotal role in welcoming clients, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate client records, while supporting veterinarians and the medical team.

Open Monday–Friday and Saturday hours, with opportunities for growth through Thrive’s learning programs. Join a compassionate team focused on high-quality pet care.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience (1-3 years preferred).
• Multi-tasking in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer software and data entry.
• Attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently and in a team.
• Passion for animal care and strong work ethic.
• Prior experience with animals or in a veterinary setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients and assist with check-in/out for appointments.
• Handle appointment scheduling and calendar management.
• Cash handling and payment processing.
• Answer multi-line phone, respond to emails, and provide service information.
• Maintain client records accurately.
• Assist with cleaning and care of the hospital facility.
• Facilitate communication between clients, medical team, and veterinarians.
• Support veterinarians to ensure quality care and educate clients.
• Be willing to guide, mentor, and support team members.
