Qualifications

• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Veterinary hospital experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person.
• Enter client/patient information accurately.
• Process payments and invoices.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Dispense pharmaceuticals as needed.
