Qualifications

• Previous retail experience required; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store following cash handling and security procedures.
• Supervise partners, deliver friendly service, and maintain a safe environment.
• Execute merchandising standards and ensure accurate pricing and signage.
• Assist with inventory, restocking, and cycle counts.
• Address customer questions promptly and professionally.
• Support sales initiatives and promotions to achieve store goals.
• Act as the primary on-floor contact in the absence of store management.
