• Supervise store partners, help maintain productivity and morale.
• Assist with training new partners and reinforce best practices on the sales floor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Open and close the store, handle cash and security protocols.
• Serve as primary contact in the absence of store management.
