Destination Pet LLC in Santa Fe, NM is seeking a Center Manager to lead daily operations, ensure top-notch customer service, and drive sales while managing staff and coordinating with support teams. This role requires strong leadership, financial awareness and a passion for pet care.

You will mentor staff, handle scheduling, and ensure compliance with labor laws, while promoting Destination Pet programs in the local community. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is often required.

Formación

• Associate or BS/BA is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year management experience preferably in hospitality, service and/or retail environments.
• Experience in problem-solving, exercising sound judgment and maintaining confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Supports the mission, vision, culture and policies of Destination Pet.
• Ensures the delivery of exceptional customer service and salesmanship.
• Collaborates with the Destination Pet Support Staff on a regular basis.
• Manages center staff under the General Manager’s direction.
• Schedules staff and manages payroll budget.
• Promotes and markets Destination Pet’s programs and services in the community.
• Serve as the onsite manager when the General Manager is unavailable.
