Destination Pet, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for Eldorado Animal Clinic to lead a customer-focused team. You will ensure high-quality pet care and service delivery while coordinating with departments to maintain operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year management experience, preferably in hospitality, service or retail.
• Excellent customer service and salesmanship skills.
• Ability to multi-task with strong time management and deadlines.
• Proficiency with computer applications including MS Office.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead center staff under the General Manager’s direction.
• Hire, train, coach and promote team members.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and service delivery.
• Schedule staff while managing payroll budget.
• Maintain inventory and assist with facilities compliance.
• Promote and market programs and services in the community.
