Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience preferably where a high degree of communication was necessary.
• High school degree or equivalent is required.
• Familiarity with cat/dog breed characteristics to guide proper care

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer communications via phone, email, or in person.
• Manage reservation requests and check-ins.
• File and medical record-keeping.
• Organize and maintain the office-space.
