Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, social services, animal welfare, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of proper animal handling and restraint techniques.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Counsel adopters to ensure a good match and provide behavior and care education.
• Process adoptions, returns to owners, and transfers with complete records.
• Assist guests in kennels and cattery and ensure safe interactions.
• Respond to helpline inquiries, assist with rehoming, vet aid, and outreach events.
• Represent BRHS professionally and coordinate with volunteers and community partners.
