Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, social services, animal welfare, or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of animal handling and restraint techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Counsel adopters and process adoptions.
  • Assist with rehoming, veterinary aid, and spay/neuter access.
  • Respond to helpline inquiries and community requests.
  • Represent BRHS at events and outreach activities.
  • Coordinate front desk operations and maintain records.
  • Collaborate with volunteers to provide animal care and enrichment.
