Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we’ll train you to be a Pro.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete award-winning company paid training and learn the skills to operate a pest control service route.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within assigned territory.
• Interact professionally and with integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Provide empathetic customer service and recommend effective solutions.
• Prepare and install home or business services (attics, crawlspaces, and energy efficiency measures).
• Interact with customers in their home or business and set expectations.
• Complete all service-related documentation with a handheld device.
