Orkin Pro in North Carolina is seeking energetic individuals for a pest-control route. No industry experience is required; comprehensive, award-winning training is provided.

You will drive a company vehicle, follow a defined route, and deliver professional service with empathy and integrity. The role includes safety responsibilities, customer interaction, and installation of services to improve home and business pest protection.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required well train you to be a Pro.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid drivers license required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within first 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete award-winning company-paid training and learn to operate the pest control service route.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within the territory.
• Demonstrate professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as a problem solver for each customer with empathy and provide innovative solutions.
• Prepare and install services (attic remediations, crawlspace encapsulations, gutter protection, energy-efficient barriers).
• Interact with customers, set expectations, and ensure satisfaction.
• Complete service-related documentation using a handheld device.
