Qualifications

• No prior pest control experience required; training provided.
• Valid drivers license required.
• Pesticide license to be obtained within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete training and learn the daily operation of a pest control route.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within territory.
• Interact with customers with professionalism and integrity.
• Provide pest control solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Prepare and install home or business services (attics, crawlspaces, gutters, energy barriers).
• Explain process to customers and set expectations.
• Complete service-related documentation with speed and accuracy.
