Orkin is hiring entry-level professionals to join our pest control team. You’ll receive award-winning training and work with a company that values safety, professionalism, and integrity while protecting homes and businesses.

A valid driver's license is required and no prior pest control experience is necessary. You will operate a company vehicle, follow schedules, diagnose issues, and present effective, innovative pest management solutions.

Qualifications

• No prior pest control experience required; training provided to become a Pro.
• Must be able to work in the field and interact with customers in homes or businesses.

Responsibilities

• Complete award-winning training to learn required skills.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow route and daily operation schedules within assigned territory.
• Operate a company vehicle safely with a gas card provided.
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers.
• Provide empathetic problem-solving and recommendations for pest solutions.
• Meet customers to explain actions, ensure satisfaction and discuss services.
• Inspect interior and exterior of properties and perform required actions.
• Communicate actions taken and discuss additional services.
• Complete service-related documentation on a handheld device.
