Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking Innovation/Utility specialists to deliver pest control, TAP insulation installation, and light construction for homes and businesses.

You will inspect sites, install systems, and ensure customer satisfaction while following safety guidelines. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Solid reading, writing and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and perform pest control services for residential and commercial clients.
• Install and maintain termite control systems and TAP insulation.
• Assist with light construction, minor repairs, and exclusion work.
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide guidance on pest control measures.
• Adhere to safety protocols and complete production forms documenting services.
