Job summary

Rentokil North America seeks Innovation/Utility specialists to perform pest control, TAP insulation installation, and lightweight construction tasks in residential and commercial settings.

Inspect properties, install exclusion measures, and assist with wildlife removal while following safety protocols. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Benefits start day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Available to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations (covered by us).
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pest control inspections and services for residential and commercial clients.
• Install and maintain termite control systems.
• Install TAP insulation and manage job-site prep.
• Assist with light construction and repairs related to pest damage.
• Ensure safety protocols and PPE usage.
• Explain services and guidance to customers.
