Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Safety‑conscious Innovation/Utility specialist to perform pest control, TAP insulation installation, and light construction tasks.

You will engage with customers to explain services and ensure satisfaction while handling exclusion and wildlife removal with strict safety practices. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work Monday through Saturday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence.
• Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow product label instructions.
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations (covered by us).
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pest Control inspections and services for residential and commercial clients.
• Install and maintain termite control systems.
• Tap insulation installation and related prep/clean-up.
• Assist with light construction and minor repairs related to pest damage.
• Interact with customers to explain services and ensure satisfaction.
• Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal; follow safety protocols.
