Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking an Innovation/Utility specialist to perform integrated pest control, TAP insulation installation, and minor construction tasks. You will interact with residential and commercial clients, explain services, and ensure safe, effective pest management while adhering to safety guidelines.

The role requires willingness to work in various environments, physical fitness to handle equipment, and ongoing training to stay current with industry practices.

Qualifications

• Pest control knowledge for residential and commercial clients.
• Ability to install TAP insulation and perform exclusion services.
• Experience with safe handling and setup of exclusion traps and wildlife removal.
• Strong communication to explain services and guidance on pest control measures.
• Adherence to safety protocols and use of PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform pest inspections and provide pest control services for clients.
• Install TAP insulation and manage job-site preparation and cleanup.
• Assist with light construction repairs related to pest damage.
• Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and explain pest control measures.
• Execute exclusion services and wildlife removal with safety compliance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and participate in training to enhance skills.
