Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience with mechanical tasks; comfortable with ladders and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services, including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other services offered.
• Complete indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with focus on quality and attention to detail.
• Explain treatment plans, service features and benefits, and address customer questions.
• Follow service routes and schedules, coordinating with office staff to ensure efficient delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer, service, and appointment records using company systems.
• Inspect and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and PPE to ensure safety and effectiveness.
• Promote customer satisfaction by adhering to company standards and procedures.
