Orkin is seeking an energetic Sales Inspector to join our team. You will conduct 360 interior and exterior home inspections, identify termite activity, and design protection plans while educating homeowners on findings.

You'll build trust through consultations and outstanding customer service, follow up on leads, and manage your schedule to meet personal income and performance goals. No pest control experience required—paid training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required. We cover the cost of training and licensing.
• We will consider for employment all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to conduct comprehensive interior and exterior home inspections.
• Identify termite activity, pest concerns, and conditions that may increase risk.
• Educate customers about inspection findings and recommended solutions.
• Design customized protection plans based on each customer's needs.
• Build trust through professional consultations and exceptional customer service.
• Follow up on company-provided leads and generate referral opportunities.
• Prepare service agreements and documentation using company technology.
• Manage your schedule and sales pipeline to achieve personal income and performance goals.
