Terminix is seeking a Service Manager to lead and motivate local Pest Technician Teams, delivering exceptional service at branch level. You will oversee scheduling, compliance, customer concerns, technician performance, inventory, and ongoing training.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to work outdoors. A valid driver's license and relocation willingness are desirable, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required or equivalent; a four-year degree is highly desirable.
• Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence.
• 1–2 years of related experience helpful but not required.
• Willingness to relocate is highly desirable.
• Must be able to lead and motivate others.
• Strong communications skills—written, verbal, and presentation.
• Problem solving with practical, actionable solutions.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and employees.
• Detail-oriented and safety-conscious.
• Good math aptitude for sales and service calculations.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in crawl spaces/attics when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Monitor branch scheduling and ensure pest technician routes are completed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met or exceeded.
• Respond to customer concerns, including resolving cancellation requests.
• Inspect and evaluate the performance of Pest Technicians.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of pest control products.
• Facilitate continual training of local sales and service teams.
