Job summary

Terminix is seeking a Utility Specialist to perform crawlspaces and attic moisture work, attic insulation, and related repairs. The role includes setting up exclusion traps and wildlife removal, while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to safety protocols.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in crawl spaces, basements, and outdoors. Training is provided, with benefits and growth opportunities in a Rentokil family

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent
• Pre-employment background screen required
• Valid driver’s license and motor vehicle driving record check
• Availability to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
• Basic math skills for mixing on product labels
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations
• Customer-facing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform crawlspaces/attics moisture work and attic insulation with repairs
• Assist with light construction and pest-damage repairs
• Explain services to customers and provide pest-control guidance
• Set up exclusion traps and wildlife removal with safety protocols
• Stay updated on industry trends and participate in training
