Job summary

Terminix, part of the Rentokil family, seeks Innovation/Utility specialists to perform pest control, insulation installation, and light construction. You will inspect properties, install termite control systems, TAP insulation, and exclusion traps while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

You will work with customers, follow safety protocols, and participate in training. A high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and flexibility to work Monday–Saturday are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license from state of residence.
• Willingness to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Strong reading, writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pest Control: conduct inspections, perform services for residential and commercial clients, install and maintain termite control systems.
• TAP insulation installation and related services.
• Light construction and repairs related to pest damage.
• Communicate with customers to explain services and provide guidance on pest control measures.
• Perform exclusion and wildlife removal, set up and build exclusion traps, follow safety protocols.
