Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Complete our industry-leading, company-paid two-month training
• Assist residential and/or commercial customers with pest issues
• Survey attics, crawlspaces, and interior/exterior of properties
• Inspect for wildlife and rodent damage; perform light carpentry for animal exclusion
• Set baits and live traps; wildlife removal
• Use ladders and lifts (up to 40-60 feet)
• Properly use PPE
• Perform air sealing and install insulation systems
• Conduct blower door tests and install equipment for airtightness

Qualifications

Requirements:

• High School/GED or higher
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 18 years old

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with exclusion work and insulation installation

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

Must meet physical requirements and safely perform duties, including obtaining a pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid). Duties include:

• Using ladders or lifts safely
• Lifting up to 75 lbs
• Accessing crawl spaces, attics, roofs
• Using carpentry tools
• Working in all weather conditions

Salary Range: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour
