Responsibilities

If you enjoy making personal connections, working independently, having fun, and ensuring the safety and health of homeowners and businesses, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Complete our industry-leading, company-paid two-month training
• Assist residential and commercial customers with pest control issues
• Survey attics, crawlspaces, and the interiors and exteriors of properties
• Inspect for wildlife and rodent damage; perform light carpentry for animal exclusion
• Set baits and live traps for wildlife removal
• Work comfortably with large ladders and lifts (up to 60 feet)
• Properly use Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
• Perform air sealing and install insulation systems (blown-in cellulose, fiberglass, spray foam)
• Conduct blower door tests to ensure airtightness

Qualifications

Requirements:

• High School/GED or higher
• Valid Driver’s license
• Must be 18 or older

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with exclusion work and insulation installation

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

Candidates must meet physical requirements and can safely perform duties with or without accommodations, including obtaining a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid):

• Use ladders or lifts safely within capacity
• Lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops
• Use carpentry tools comfortably
• Work in all weather conditions

Salary Range: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour
