Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Commercial Pest Control Technician (Maintenance) to protect homes and businesses on a designated service route. You’ll receive award-winning training, gain hands-on experience, and build a career in a recession-resistant industry while delivering safe, effective pest management solutions.

On the job, you’ll follow routes, operate a company vehicle, prioritize safety, and explain actions to customers.

Qualifications

• No industry experience required; Orkin provides award-winning training.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required; pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work independently on designated routes and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Safely and professionally provide top-level protection and service on a designated route.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow route and daily operation schedules within assigned territory; ensure timely arrival.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain its cleanliness.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and empathy with customers and coworkers.
• Explain actions to customers, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services.
