Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Valid driver's license required.
• No experience required – training provided by Orkin.

Responsibilities

• Complete our award‑winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve our customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
• Demonstrate professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Provide empathetic problem solving by listening to customers and recommending effective solutions.
• Meet with customers in their businesses or homes to explain actions and discuss additional services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s property; learn the process as taught.
• Communicate actions taken and discuss peace of mind services with customers.
• Complete all required service-related documentation in a handheld device.
