Orkin is hiring a Commercial Pest Control Technician (Maintenance) to join a brand with nearly 125 years of service. As an Orkin Pro, you’ll receive award-winning training and start with no industry experience required. You’ll operate a company vehicle with a gas card on your route, and enjoy comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• No experience required – we'll train you to be a Pro.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with customers

Responsibilities

• Complete our award-winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve our customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory and ensure timely and safe arrival at each customer's location.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
• Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Meet with customers to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer's property and ensure understanding of the pest management program.
• Document all service-related actions in the handheld device for speed and accuracy.
