Job summary

Orkin, LLC seeks a Commercial Pest Control Technician (Maintenance) to protect customer properties on a designated route. No industry experience is required, as award-winning training prepares you to safely apply treatments and build client trust.

You will operate a company vehicle, maintain safety, and engage with customers to discuss services. Competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we'll train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with customers in businesses and/or homes

Responsibilities

• Complete our award-winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve our customers
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory and ensure timely and safe arrival at each customer's location
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers
• Meet with customers to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services for peace of mind
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer's property and learn the process
• Communicate actions taken to explain results and discuss further services
• Complete all required service-related documentation in a handheld device for speed and accuracy
