Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Commercial Pest Control Technician (Maintenance) to protect homes and businesses with the industry's best-known brand. You will join a safety-minded, career-oriented team and receive extensive training, with no prior pest control experience required.

You’ll manage a service route, diagnose problems, and provide effective solutions, while using a company vehicle and equipment after training.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we will train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within first 90 days of employment (company paid)

Responsibilities

• Complete our award-winning training to learn the required skills
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Follow route and daily operation schedules within assigned territory
• Operate a company vehicle safely
• Demonstrate professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers
• Solve problems for customers with empathy and Orkin Pro expertise
• Meet with customers to explain actions and discuss additional services
• Inspect interiors and exteriors of properties and learn processes
• Communicate with customers about actions taken and next steps
• Complete all service documentation on provided handheld device
