Braman Termite & Pest Elimination in Northfield, MA is hiring Pest Control Technicians to join our growing team. We provide thorough on-the-job training, a full certification program with board-certified entomologist support, a company vehicle, and a path to becoming a licensed professional.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Criminal background checks, MVR checks and drug screening.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Determine the kind of treatment required to eliminate a particular type of pest.
• Advise customers on the treatment needed to eliminate identified pests.
• Inspect customers’ premises to identify pest problems.
• Fill out all necessary paperwork after each job.
• Communicate with office staff to schedule services.
• Apply pesticides according to label instructions and safety procedures.
• Respond to customers’ requests for pest control services.
• Identify opportunities to sell additional services and products.
• Adjust chemical mixtures based on infested area size.
