Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Criminal background checks, MVR checks and drug screening performed.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine the type of treatment to eliminate pests.
• Advise customers on the right treatment for pests identified.
• Inspect premises to identify pest problems.
• Complete all required paperwork after each job.
• Coordinate with office staff to schedule services.
• Apply pesticides following label instructions and safety rules.
• Respond to customer requests for pest control services.
• Identify opportunities to sell additional services and products.
• Adjust chemical mixtures based on infested areas.
