Braman Termite & Pest Elimination is hiring Pest Control Technicians for the Springfield/Agawam area. You’ll receive hands-on training, state licensing support, and a company vehicle to service customers in New England.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Criminal background checks, motor vehicle record checks and drug screening conducted.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Determine the kind of treatment to eliminate pests.
• Advise customers on treatments to eliminate identified pests.
• Inspect premises to identify pest problems.
• Complete all paperwork after each job.
• Coordinate with office to schedule services with customers.
• Apply pesticides following label instructions and safety procedures.
• Respond to customer requests for pest control services.
• Identify opportunities to sell additional services and products.
• Adjust chemical mixtures based on infestation size.
