Braman Termite & Pest Elimination is seeking qualified Pest Control Technicians to join our growing team. We offer hands-on training, a full certification program with support from a board-certified entomologist, and a company vehicle upon certification.

This is a stable, long-term opportunity to learn a trade and build a career. Responsibilities include inspecting premises, advising customers, applying treatments, and maintaining paperwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Criminal background checks, motor vehicle record checks and drug screening are performed.
• The ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills are essential.
• Effective communication and exceptional customer service are required.
• Detail-oriented approach is expected.

Responsibilities

• Determine the kind of treatment required to eliminate a pest.
• Advise customers on the appropriate treatments for identified pests.
• Inspect customers’ premises to identify pest problems.
• Fill out all necessary paperwork after each job.
• Coordinate with office staff to schedule services.
• Apply pesticides following label instructions and safety procedures.
• Respond to customers’ requests for pest control services.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and products.
• Adjust chemical mixtures according to the size of infested areas.
