Braman Termite & Pest Elimination is actively seeking Pest Control Technicians to join our growing team in Massachusetts. We provide on-the-job training, a full certification program, and ongoing support from a board-certified entomologist to help you obtain credentials and advance your career.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Background checks, MVR checks and drug screening.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication with customers.
Responsibilities
- Determine the kind of treatment required to eliminate pests.
- Advise customers on the treatment needed to eliminate identified pests.
- Inspect customers’ premises to identify pest problems.
- Complete all necessary paperwork after each job.
- Coordinate with office staff to schedule services.
- Apply pesticides following label instructions and safety procedures.
- Respond to customers’ requests for pest control services.
- Identify upsell opportunities for additional services and products.
- Adjust chemical mixtures based on infestation size.
