Job summary

Orkin is seeking an entry-level Orkin Pro to join our national pest control team. You’ll start with award-winning training and learn to protect homes and businesses on a designated service route while building a career in a growing industry.

No prior pest control experience is required. You’ll gain hands-on experience, operate a company vehicle, meet customers, and advance your license within 90 days. Orkin offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we’ll train you to be a Pro.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Complete our award-winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve our customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Meet with customers to explain actions taken and discuss additional services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s property and perform required documentation.
