Job summary

Orkin seeks motivated individuals to join a team delivering pest management services across commercial and residential sites. You’ll train to become an Orkin Pro with award-winning instruction and safety‑first practices.

No prior pest control experience is required—Orkin provides extensive paid training and opportunities for career growth, including a company vehicle and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Complete our award-winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve our customers
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory and ensure timely and safe arrival at each customer’s location
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment
• Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers
• Meet with customers to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services
• Inspect interior and exterior of the customer’s property
• Communicate with customers to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services
• Complete all required service-related documentation in a handheld device
