Job summary

Orkin is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Orkin Pros. You will receive award-winning training and become the trusted professional delivering pest protection for homes and businesses.

No prior pest control experience is required, and you’ll start with comprehensive paid training, safety-focused routines, and a clear path for growth. A valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days are required.

Qualifications

• No experience required—we'll train you to be a Pro.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers in their homes or businesses

Responsibilities

• Complete our award-winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve our customers
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers
• Serve as a problem solver for each customer with empathy and recommend the most efficient solution
• Meet with customers to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services
• Inspect the interior and exterior of customer properties
• Communicate actions taken and discuss additional services
• Complete all required service-related documentation on a handheld device
