As you grow, you may pursue paths in service, sales, or management while supporting customer facilities across the Allentown, Lebanon, Pottsville, and Northampton area. Expect early start times and steady field work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of work or military experience.
• Current valid driver's license with no restrictions.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts and weekends.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass background/drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 5-week paid training program to learn pest detection, elimination, and prevention techniques.
• Establish relationships with commercial customers across hospitality and foodservice.
• Partner with customers on best practices to identify pest elimination needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Ecolab products and services to enhance service and sales.
