Hughes Exterminators, Inc. is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician to deliver IPM-based pest control services to residential and commercial customers.

The role includes operating a company vehicle, performing routine treatments, and maintaining equipment while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will join a family of brands under Arrow Exterminators, offering competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• No experience necessary! We will train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Perform pest control tasks at residential and commercial sites using IPM principles.
• Identify insects, harborage areas and conducive conditions; implement personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain equipment and vehicle, document services, and communicate clearly with customers.
