Job summary

Hughes Exterminators is seeking a Pest Control Technician in Englewood, FL to provide residential or commercial pest control using an IPM approach. This full-time role includes a company vehicle and a robust benefits package. No prior experience is required; training is provided to help you grow with a family-owned company that values its team.

You will work a production-based schedule, serve diverse customers, and contribute to a trusted brand within a leading pest control company family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass and maintain state licensing/certification exams.
• Able to work at least 40 hours per week.
• No experience needed; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assess insect problems by entering attics, crawl spaces, and other areas.
• Identify insects, harborage areas, and conditions; apply IPM-based treatments.
• Collect service payments from customers as needed.
• Keep equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition at all times.
• Provide friendly, professional service and build client relationships.

Pest Control Technician

Hughes Exterminators is looking to hire a full-time Pest Control Technician to provide uncompromised service to our residential or commercial pest control customers utilizing an Integrated Pest Management approach (IPM). This is a production-based position that leads the industry in potential earnings.

As a Pest Control Technician, you are excited to start your route each day. Not only will you be recognized as a hero to our customers as you save them from pesky intruders, but you will also create lifelong client relationships. You search high and low by entering attics, crawl spaces, and other parts of residences to assess any problems and properly identify insects, pest harborage areas, and conducive conditions as you treat them. Your calm, helpful demeanor puts our customers at ease as you devise and describe a personalized solution.

QUALIFICATIONS
