Job summary

Hughes Exterminators is hiring a full-time Pest Control Technician to provide uncompromised service to residential or commercial customers using an IPM approach. A production-based role offering a company vehicle and a robust benefits package.

You will inspect interiors for pests, identify problems, and implement personalized treatment plans while maintaining equipment and building client relationships. Training is provided if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass and maintain state licensing/certification exams.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• No experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Enter attics, crawl spaces, and other areas to identify insects and inspect conditions.
• Assess problems and identify pest harborage areas and conducive conditions.
• Devise and describe personalized IPM-based treatment solutions.
• Collect service payments from customers and maintain equipment/vehicle in good condition.
