Responsibilities

1. Complete our award-winning, company-paid training and learn the skills required to manage a mosquito service route as a Pro.
2. Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals at each customer.
3. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services for comprehensive pest management.
4. Serve as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solutions for each customer.
5. Complete all service-related documentation accurately using your handheld device.

Qualifications

• No experience required; we will train you.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage routes.

Work Environment

Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, including:

• Using ladders within manufacturer weight limits.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Accessing crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc., including climbing and balancing.
• Wearing PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
