Job summary

PestCo is hiring a Pest Control Technician to run daily routes, service customers, and ensure safe, effective pest solutions. You will maintain equipment, provide treatment estimates, and complete appointments on schedule while upholding company policies and local regulations.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and customer service skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Pest control license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Run daily route and service pest control needs for customers.
• Maintain equipment and vehicle in good working order.
• Provide estimates for one-time treatments and ongoing plans.
• Complete appointments on time following company policy and regulations.
• Act as subject matter expert to recommend effective pest solutions.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
