Job summary

HomeTeam is seeking a Pest Control Technician who will provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on their route and maintain a professional appearance with the company truck, equipment, and uniform.

You will diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offer additional services when needed, and keep your pest control license up to date by attending seminars. The role is field-based with occasional Saturday work.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route.
• Present a professional appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired.
• Maintain your pest control license and keep your knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars regularly.
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently.
• Occasionally work Saturdays to finish out the week’s route.
